To understand the client’s needs, I engaged with the client to understand their goals, challenges and target audience. I also explored similar wholesale drinks businesses to identify industry standards and gaps we could fill. I also focused on understanding the user’s pain points, including ease of navigation and quick purchasing.
Based on the insights gathered, I focused on intuitive navigation, with distinctive product categories and search functionality. I strategically placed call-to-action buttons, such as ‘Order Now” and “View Categories”, to guide users. I designed an e-commerce flow from products selection to checkout.
In the high-fidelity mockups, I applied a clean and professional design that reflected the client’s brand identity. I incorporated the brand’s preferred color palette for consistency and trust. I designed engaging layouts for the homepage, products pages and promotional banners to captivate users.
Using Figma, I created an interactive prototype to showcase user flows for browsing, adding products to the cart and completing purchases. I simulated the functionality of key features like search filters, category pages and checkout processes. I also presented the design to the client for review and iterate based on feedback.
The approved design was developed using Webflow, ensuring seamless integration of e-commerce features. It is also a fully responsive and visually stunning website that performs well across all devices.
Before launching, I conducted extensive testing to ensure: mobile responsiveness across devices, functional payment gateways and cart system, smooth navigation and page load speed. Then I deployed the website live after client approval, providing post-launch support or updates and optimization.
I delivered a visually appealing and fully functional website with business branding and e-commerce features. It helped enhance customer experience with clear navigation, detailed product pages and a secure checkout process. This also boosted online visibility, increasing inquiries and sales. Lastly, The order management was automated, reducing manual errors and improving efficiency.
